Behind The Design: Creating the next level generation platform for live events

VivoVir is platform designed to reimagine live events and create a bridge between personalized learning and shared experiences across entertainment and the professional world.

Create a unified UI/UX design for the platform that incorporated the opportunity to learn from experts, attend professional panels with world-class presenters, and enjoy live performances from top entertainers.

Approach
We started off by listening and taking notes often spending hours speaking in Spanish with intermittent breaks in English. We took our notes and created mood boards to get closer aligned on the look and feel desired by the partners. One such meeting produced a Eureka moment that not only affected the design but the direction of the business model. We took this inspiration and drew up story boards and wireframes to work through the concept on paper. In order to create a sense of action and excitement, a color palette was chosen that included hues of violet, blue, green, with laser-like lighting accents. We drew inspiration from the menus being used by virtual reality platforms such as HoloLens and incorporated elements in the design. In the end, we provided a file that contained all of the creative elements needed by the VivoVir team to build out a solid front-end web experience for their platform. We look forward to the opportunity to help the team incorporate gamification and uniquely positioned technologies to help people engage with virtual experiences in a whole new way while in the comfort of their homes.
Impact
VivoVir is able to provide potential partners, clients, content producers, and content distributors with a more in-depth picture of their next-phase vision and align the slew of executed event contracts with the release of key functionality within their platform.
